백제불교 도래지인 돔배섬과 육상부의 불교도래지 기념시설의 중간에 위치하는 해상교량으로서 기념관에서 돔배섬 조망시 교량 주탑과 돔배섬이 중첩되는 것을 피함. 역사적으로 큰 의미를 갖는 위치상, 백제의 불교문화를 대표하는 삼존불의 의미를 적용하여 지역의 역사성과 관광성 증대를 위한 스토리텔링에 일조.

‘AURA from Budda Island’

This is located at the midway point between the Buddhist memorial facilities on land and Dombae island which is the site of the introduction of Buddhism to Baekje Kingdom. Considering this, the image of Samjonbul(the statue of the three Buddhas which is representative of Baekje Buddhist culture) is applied to this bridge design.
