'The 3rd Street'
According to the RFQ, we were asked to propose a multi-purpose double-deck structure bridge. We designed this with the spatial program considering relations with the neighboring city. On the lower deck, we set the pedestrian & mall space to the inner side of the bridge so it could accommodate more various activities. This is not a bridge but a new street we've never seen.
