We prioritize reducing the number of piers over extending the main span to better align with the ocean environment and landscape while ensuring the required navigation clearance. The design also seeks to stand apart from the nearby cable-stayed bridge along the same route, adopting a minimalistic approach that excludes unnecessary decorative elements.
