선비의 고장 영주의, 광폭의 서천사거리를 대각선 방향으로 횡단하는 보행교로서, 영주갓길(영주시가지 일주 보행로 사업) 중 서천구간(풍류갓길)과 철탄산구간(하늘갓길)을 연결하는 보행교로서, 선비의 풍류와 여유를 느낄 수 있는 곡선 실루엣의 현수교 및 자연을 닮은 곡선보행동선을 반영하여 곡선비대칭 현수교로 디자인

The pedestrian bridge crosses the wide Seocheon intersection diagonally in Yeongju, known as the hometown of Sunbi(scholars of the Chosun dynasty). It connects the Seocheon and Cheoltansan sections of the Yeongju City Circular Pedestrian Road Project.
Design Direction:
• The main tower expresses the high spirit of Sunbi.
• The cable has a curved silhouette that evokes the elegance and leisure of Sunbi.
• The natural, continuous S-shaped route connects the Seocheon and Cheoltansan sections.
• The height and silhouette of the bridge are designed not to overwhelm Cheoltan Mountain when driving on the
Seocheon Bridge.
