금호강을 건너 대구시와 금호택지지구를 연결하는 교량으로 대구시의 관문적 위치에 입지. 승리(Victory)와 비전(Vision)를 의미하는 V자를 적용한 독특한 V형 주탑으로 글로벌화된 도시를 목표로 하는 대구시의 전략적 방향에 부합하는 랜드마크로 디자인. 교량하부 금호강변 공원디자인 동시수행.

This bridge is located at the gate point to Kumho Residential Areas and Daegu City. The pylon of the bridge was to visualize the shape of 'V' as the meaning of Victory & Vision, the symbol of the global city that hosts the World Championship in Athletics 2012. Park design around the bridge is carried out simultaneously.
