세종시의 외부순환도로상의 교량. 특이한 점은 도로레벨 아래의 콘크리트 거더 좌우측면에 Steel Plate와 Hanger Cable을 적용하여 3.5m폭의 자전거도로 설치. 교대를 뚫어서 거더 좌우측의 자전거로를 연결하여 이용 편의성 확보.
주변 조경계획으로는 세종시의 첫마을과 연계된 둔치 활용계획, 인접한 저류지 등의 생태공간화 계획, 금강의 수변 관광 네트워크와 연계한 관광자원화 계획 수립 등 수행.

"The Silver Wings Awakening Geumgang(River)"

Located on the outer ring road of Sejong City. Interestingly, we designed the 3.5m wide bicycle road left and right side of the concrete girder under the road level which is made with steel plate and hanger cable. A landscape plan for using riverside areas around Geumgang 1stBridge located in Sejong-si which make adjacent water retention into an ecological place and connects to the tourism network of Geumgang.
