Designed the tower according to the conditions specified in the design guidelines of Sejong City which asked to design a curved form for the tower within a restricted height given. 'Arc', a part of the circle which means the 'Ring City', characteristics of the urban structure of Sejong City is applied to draw the front & side shape of the curved tower.
