환경기초시설을 지하화하고 지상에 도심공원 및 하남시를 대표하는 Landmark 타워를 조성하는 계획. 환경친화도시를 표방하는 하남시의 비전을 반영한 Bic-Tree란 컨셉으로 타워의 지속가능한 활발한 운용을 위하여 다양한 프로그램 및 시설계획을 반영한 타워디자인 수행.

A plan for making an underground sewage treatment plant, constructing the urban park on the ground, and landmark tower which represents Hanam-city. The tower is designed with the concept of “Big Tree” containing the meaning of a tree of hope in Hanam-city, considering various programs and facilities for sustainable and active operation.
