'세계 유일의 분단국가에서 울려 퍼지는-PEACE FANTASIA'를 컨셉으로 평화 이야기, 생태이야기, 문화 이야기의 공간을 설계하였다. 평화의 메시지를 부각시키기 위하여 노벨평화상 수상자 얼굴을 댐사면에 적용하였다.

With the concept 'PEACE FANTASIA reverberating from the only divided country in the world', Peace, Ecology, Culture space were planned. Also, the graphic faces of the Nobel Peace Prize laureate were applied at the slope of the dam.
